I’m Renee. I’m in my 60s, I’ve been where you are, and I’ve been coaching women through this since 2016.
Here’s what I’ve learned: the weight isn’t really about the food. It’s about the stress eating at 9 PM. The exhaustion that kills your willpower. The hormonal chaos nobody warned you about. The emotional patterns you’ve carried for decades.
I don’t hand you a meal plan and wish you luck. We dig into what’s actually driving the cycle — together. The late-night cravings, the 3 AM wake-ups, the ‘I’m doing everything right and nothing’s working’ frustration. We figure it out.

You bring the living room (or the office break room, or the church hall). I bring a fun, eye-opening mini workshop on a topic your group cares about — sleep, stress eating, fasting, navigating menopause, or aging with energy.
